Appeal
I invite goodwill men and women, wherever they stay, to join and associate where they are, standing over ethnical, religious, social, political or economic divisions, to work at the 21st century's programs, guided only by the light of reason and aiming only at the common good of mankind and nature.
I invite them to meet and discuss choices between them, and to mobilise human and financial means to concieve and improve the great programs of the future and to convince the public and the decision makers.
To assume dialog about these initiatives and circulate useful information amongst them, an association
« Prospective 2100 »( foresight 2100), has been settled.
